Class Description
This 2-day, hands-on class complements the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician class, and provides an intensive, in-depth exploration of troubleshooting Mac OS X and isolating a hardware issue. This class is specifically geared towardsr Apple Authorized Service Providers and Apple Self-Supporting organizations, and is designed to give you the best methods for effectively supporting users of Mac OS X systems.
The class is a combination of lectures and hands-on, case-study exercises that provide practical real-world experience.
Please note: This class is NOT an introduction to the Macintosh OS. Students are expected to have hands-on experience with Mac OS X for a minimum of 3-6 months prior to attending this class. BRI reserves the right to review student knowledge level prior to, or on, class start date. Feel free to call our office with questions or concerns before registering.
Class price includes one certification exam.
