What's to eat?
Let's start with the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, one of America's premier cooking school, with several different restaurants to choose from on campus at various price levels.
Then, there are the wonderful restaurants in Rhinebeck, a mere two miles away from our training center. You can choose from Italian, American, vegetarian, Japanese, Latin, Greek, and anything in between.
Red Hook, NY has more movie theaters, restaurants and bars and, just a little further along, is Hudson, NY, antiques capital of the Hudson Valley and weekend home to Manhattanites (psst...good martinis are to be had here!)
