What are your hours?

Our normal business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. On class days, we begin taking calls at 8 a.m., and we open our doors at 8:30. When we hold classes on Saturdays and Sundays, we adjust our hours to accommodate the classes.

Can I take exams at Business Rules?

We deliver ALL of Apple's certification exams, including IT, Pro Apps, and hardware service exams. Please call for information about our special pricing and to arrange hours to sit for
your exams.

Can you bring the training to me?

Are you a school or company using Apple products and needing to train multiple students while avoiding expense for travel, lodging, and meals? Business Rules can bring our hands-on software and hardware services training to you. We'll provide the trainer, courseware, and workbooks. (As with any Business Rules class, the price for the course includes the relevant exam.)

Our minimum class size is 4 students for all classes.  Our maximum class size is 16 students for IT and Pro Apps classes, and 8 for hardware services classes.

Your school or company can earn a discounted seat, too. Write us to us at traininginfo@businessrulesinc.com or call 888-4-BIZ-RLZ (888-424-9759) for more information.

Can I customize a class?

Does your team need just a few chapters from a particular course to satisfy defined training needs? We will work with you to customize most of our classes to meet those goals.

Please write us at traininginfo@businessrulesinc.com or call 888-4-BIZ-RLZ (888-424-9759) to discuss the possibilities.

Do you provide training scholarships or special tuition?

BRI is a New York State provider of training services to displaced workers under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).  Please visit New York State Workforce Eligible Training Provider List for more information on which of our courses are eligible for aid through this program.

What's to eat?

If you think the scenery's great here, wait till you try the food! The Hudson Valley is famous for its attention to local food sources — cheesemakers, mushroom farmers, beautiful produce, and spirits (yup — Core Vodka in Valatie, NY, and Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner, NY) and for the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, one of America's premier cooking schools, with several different restaurants to choose from on campus at various price levels.

We have our own Chinese restaurant in Rhinecliff, open for dinner only Wed-Mon:

The Rhinecliff Hotel is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.

There are wonderful restaurants in Rhinebeck, a mere two miles away from our training center. You can choose from:

Our northern neighbor Red Hook, NY, has more restaurants and bars, including:

Just a little farther north is Tivoli, NY, our version of a laid-back California town, with great restaurants and a fabulous Irish bar:
  • Luna 61 (outstanding vegetarian food, and a BRI favorite)
  • Santa Fe (fresh salsa, chips, and margaritas by the pitcher!)
  • Osaka Tivoli (fabulous sushi #2)
