Please read the following terms carefully to ensure your understanding of Business Rules' terms and policies. We will need your agreement to all terms and policies in order to complete your registration.
Payment Policy Payment for all classes is due at least five (5) calendar days prior to class start date, 30 days from registration date, or net 15 from receipt of invoice, whichever comes first. If registering within five (5) calendar days of class start date, class fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.
BRI accepts all major credit cards. Customers wishing to pay with a company check must submit payment in full at least 14 calendar days prior to class start date. Registration can begin once the check(s) has cleared our bank.
Customers wishing to pay with a purchase order must agree to, and sign, BRI's Master Agreement, and fax or email it to BRI with an authorized purchase order, at least 14 calendar days before class start date.
All classes must be registered for, and completed, within six (6) months of registration date. Any payments for classes not completed within this time period will be forfeited.
All unpaid invoices will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge, no exceptions.
Pricing and Reductions Policy BRI reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Should this happen before your class start date, or within 14 calendar days after a customer’s attendance in that class, BRI will issue a refund or credit for any price difference. This policy is subject to change or termination by BRI at any time without notice.
Reductions and/or time-sensitive offers are valid per specific terms on original offer, and cannot be applied to classes already booked, scheduled, or pre-registered. Reductions are not valid for onsite classes unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Price reductions and/or time-sensitive offers must be mentioned at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
- A FULL REFUND will be issued if WRITTEN notice (letter, fax, or email) is received at least 14 calendar days prior to class start date. Failure to provide written notice per the above terms obligates the customer to pay in full.
- A FULL CLASS CREDIT will be issued if WRITTEN notice (letter, fax, or email) is received 7-13 calendar days prior to class start date.
- NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be provided if the customer and/or student does not inform BRI in writing of cancellation in advance of the class start date.
- Class credits are valid only for transferred registration to the same class scheduled on a different date, within 6 months of original class start date, and offered through BRI only. If customer and/or student cancels the rescheduled class, the customer and/or student will lose the original class credit, no exceptions.
- While BRI makes every effort to deliver scheduled classes, we reserve the right to cancel or change class offerings or scheduled instructors at any time. In the event of class cancellation or rescheduling, all registered students are eligible for full refund. BRI, however, shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by our customers as a result of a cancellation or amendment, including, but not limited to, travel arrangements.
Customer/Student Policy Disruptive behavior, misuse of BRI equipment or other actions deemed inappropriate by BRI management or its representatives will result in the immediate termination of the customer’s and/or student's registration. NO refund of any fees or expenses incurred by the customer and/or student will be made, no exceptions.
BRI classes start promptly at 9 AM, or at the time indicated on logistics letters or marketing material published, emailed, or faxed by BRI to students. Latecomers will miss key elements of their class, and absences may adversely impact certification exam results.
We urge all customers and/or students to review the specific class requirements and prerequisites as published by BRI, Apple, or other entities prior to registering or attending class. Class instructors will expect that any student registered for a specific class will meet all prerequisites presented.
Satisfaction Policy BRI is confident that you will benefit from every class you take with us. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we require a written explanation of your issues. If warranted, BRI will offer you the same class at the next scheduled date without additional charge.
