iPad Repair for Technicians

  • At least 6-12 months of hands-on computer and/or device repair

ACTC Boot Camp (Yosemite)

  • Basic OS X knowledge
  • Excellent troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with OS X in a network environment

OS X Support Essentials

  • Knowledge of OS X and basic computer navigation
  • Basic troubleshooting experience

IT Certification Exams

  • No prerequisites required

Managing Apple Devices

  • Basic understanding of OS X and iOS software/hardware
  • Experience in networked environments
